Margaret River Wine has been a proud member of Sustainable Wine Roundtable (SWR) since July 2023. Based in South Australia, they are dedicated to promoting sustainability and quality in winemaking. The organisation actively engages with the local community to foster environmental stewardship and acknowledges the Wadandi people as the traditional custodians of the land, paying respect to their Elders, past and present.

With 116,000 organic farmers worldwide and 1400 partners from processing and trade, Naturland is one of the world’s largest farming associations in the organic food industry. The non-profit organization is a standard setter and certifier as well as a service partner for its members.

Naturland is currently developing various programs to further promote sustainable development on Naturland farms, with viticulture being particularly advanced. A biodiversity guide will be published in summer 2025 and a sustainability program for winegrowers is currently being tested.

We believe that it is necessary to work together and share ideas in order to achieve sustainable transformation and change in the wine industry. For this reason, Naturland joined the SWR.

North South Wines is committed to ensuring that their success and growth positively impact all stakeholders. They began their B Corp journey in 2021 to formalize their sustainability efforts and identify areas for improvement. With a global supply chain, they collaborate with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to set specific targets aimed at achieving sustainable development and reducing their business’s key environmental impacts.

O-I Glass has been a member of SWR since December 2023. With a vision to be the most innovative and sustainable supplier of brand-building packaging solutions, O-I Glass focuses on creating sophisticated, circular ecosystems that enhance glass recycling and increase the recycled content in their products. Their commitment to sustainability aligns with SWR’s goals of responsible production and environmental stewardship.

O’Neill Vintners and Distillers, a member of SWR since February 2023, is one of California’s largest wine and spirits producers. They are dedicated to sustainable practices, employing BioFiltro Wastewater Solutions to treat and recycle water, and operating a 5,000-panel solar farm that generates approximately 1.102 million kWh annually, powering 80% of their bottling and warehouse operations. They pride themselves on their practice regenerative viticulture through biodynamic farming techniques and are delighted to call themselves a True Zero Gold Certified Winery.
