Alongside working with SWR, he is the founder of Innovation Forum, which helps large agribusiness and food companies to tackle sustainability supply chain challenges across agriculture, materials and manufacturing. He is also the co-founder of Insect Biotech, a Spain-based company transforming crop residues into higher-value, sustainable products, including regenerative fertiliser.
