Sustainable wine, the limits of organics and biodynamics, a podcast with Chris Scott
Here’s a podcast interview I taped recently with Chris Scott from Thirty Fifty, the wine-tasting company and host of the UK Wine Show podcast.
You can listen to it by clicking below on the embedded SoundCloud file. Just scroll down.
In the interview we discussed wine sustainability trends, bottles, PET, circular economy approaches, the limits of organics and biodynamics, climate change and New Zealand wines and the environment.
I think it came out fairly well, despite the odd clinking of china in the background.
We taped it at our recent Sustainable Drinks conference in London, held on March 15th and kindly hosted by Diageo.
